With all respect, its freely available info otherwise the SP wouldn't be where it is/has been for 3 years.

Either way if you go back thru the threads far enough you'll see most of it was discussed over the last 3 years.
More importantly the only thing that matters now is how they get this raising/rights issue away. And how they get the SP UP. On that we are ALL aligned.
