re: Ann: Successful Share Placement and Prese... Hey guys. Im not the best with fundamentals like this. i've never participated in a share purchase plan before. I own TXN shares and have sold out to raise some funds to purchase more through the plan at 19 cents. I don't hold alot. I sold out of these on the 5th of August the day the SPP was released. Will i still recieve details of the SPP in the mail. Are things like this only for holders of the stock? I was holding before and after the annoucnmeent so i should be fine right?
