REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Melbourne, 7th August 2009: Pluton Resources Limited (ASX Code: PLV) requests a
trading halt in its securities effective immediately pending an announcement from the
Company regarding a major corporate transaction relating to the Irvine Island iron ore
project.
The Company requests the trading halt until an announcement is released, subject to the
limit imposed by the Chapter 17 of the ASX listing rules.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Company will update the market prior to lifting the trading halt.
