Hey FTR, just regarding your concerns in your post re granting of the licence and the companies history and bank balance. I may be a little naive from a business tycoon perspective however if it was me in the Kain's seat I would not have wasted my time applying for a licence and noting it in company market releases if in fact it was going to fail. If the bank balance was a problem then a cap raise would have started a while back you would expect at a SP which would offer a lot more bang for the buck. trying to raise now would create serious dilution and holders would run for the hills.
I hope I am right in my gut feel that the licence will be a goer. It doesn't make sense not to be granted based on the available information we have been provided via the asx.
