Some of these ideas might be repeats on here. Barely follow the nonsense discussions, but...
Option for marketing services. How is this any different to brokers putting out a BUY rating on a stock they just became a sub holder in? The industry is built on talking its own book. They have performed a service and been paid in discount options, fine. Better than cash, and is an incentive alignment.
It is also a non-issue. I didn't buy because WiseOwl said it was a good idea.
Would not be at all surprised if JV/Finance and/or Off-takes are all done at once. Also would not surprise me if this happened in October. I still think we get an extension, happy to be wrong. Another 90 days is not a long time to wait.
