    Their cashflow would support a lot of debt (if they wanted) but not enough for BTA (I think)
    Market cap of BTA about $360 million (probably would need twice that).

    I would have thought an acquisition could expand their prescence in their own distribution channel, namely oncology and hospital as opposed to primary care.
