I can't fathom how there hasn't been further investigation into the recent share sale by David and continuous disclosure obligations owed to the public including the clear change in expectations around HP sales. As you point out, this was the basis for a CR.

I encourage everyone to go read the NHS annoucment and how the size of funding was used in NUH headlines.
