Will they or wont they?
This outcome could affect those who are tipping out at the current price to fund the SPP.
If you read the bulk of the offer document you may conclude that they will scale back. However, in my opinion, why would they in this environment.
Accordingly, when you fold out the tri-fold arrangement, on the RH side there is a section titled:
"Applications may be scaled back"
It may all be semantics.
