You of all people aint stupid, Toll are short of drivers for a reason ! And it aint a secter wide issue. Try transport something from Perth to Kalgoorlie (TOLL) via an international call/booking agent and see how you go ? Its a shambles, i wouldnt be suprised if their reluctance to provide 'backload' service is just shake down for better rate ? IMO !
