I’m not sure we are talking about the same things? I don’t see any departure notice 7 weeks ago?
there was a directors holding notice - a standard one for a change in holding not departure.
as far as I can see there was zero notice of the chair stepping down - today was the first announcement. After 19 years giving zero notice smells really bad in my book and is a sign of either a push, illness (usually mentioned) or a hissy fit.
I don’t think it impacts long term prospects but has obviously hit short term sentiment.
