previous DYL management entered into the agreement in September 2016 with EL8 (was MEY at the time) to use their U-pgrade technology

John Borshoff took up position as MD of DYL in October 2016 and it was because of a change in strategic direction for DYL to peruse a more conventional path to production that DYL decided it would not continue with the U-pgrade technology trials.

The agreement was not even 3 months old, hardly enough time for DYL to test U-pgrade technology on DYL ore body, but following the one initial trial completed on DYL ore - and the positive results reported, MEY, (now EL8) undertook massive Namibian tenement acquisition - so obviously Murray saw something he liked in the initial test results.

John Borshoff in an interview said he just wanted to go in a different direction - taking DYL down same proven pathway to production that he took PDN. In that same interview he was very complementary of Murray Hill and his team at MEY (now EL8).

Nothing wrong U-pgrade from that!
