The decline in share price is based on confidence following the poor result last Qtr compared with expectations. The latest report will instil some confidence again.
OBM has managed to nearly double gold output on last quarter and almost triple the gold sold which is very pleasing. Based on last Qtr OBM is valued at 1.25 times revenue which seems very cheap if they can keep up production rates. They’re forecasting further production growth so I cannot see how OBM will stay at current share price levels.
