Very good point about timing. I hadn’t thought of that. They’ve already guided P&L underlying results. This leaves working capital / capex, and P&L “one-offs” as question marks.
Looks like placement shares are being quoted today. It would be a coincidence if the share price fell in the coming days or weeks to the placement price...
