Also worth mentioning is that these directors are more often than not concurrently 'sitting' on several company boards, Whilst the mine site FIFO's are earning their hourly pay under challenging conditions, these directors are attending a handful of meetings per year and being generously remunerated for their 'services'. Therefore not much to ask that they fill in and lodge all associated paperwork when they cream off a million or two from companies like Pilbara Minerals.
