Again, you repeat and confirm your fundamental misunderstanding (or is it mischievously disingenuous) in relation to targets and expectations, by naively calling them promises.
This illustrates clear inexperience with resource project development, mining projects, funding negotiation etc etc.
Either that, or - even worse - it is just a blatant and baseless bashing tactic an an attempt to paint the company in a bad light to suit a personal agenda or trade direction.
It is, quite simply, nonsense.
I'm sure not many here are falling for it. Why persist?
