Peter Leahy is our new Chairman. Ex Chief of Army. A fitting person to act as Chairman of a Defence Contractor Prime. Fred Bart obviously has had a lot to do with where EOS is now from when it did a backdoor listing decades ago but with the growth and profile now of the Company it seems a natural transition and he can focus on his Audio Pixel speaker business. I cant imagine there being any real difficulty in finding a replacement director, probably someone involved in Space or based overseas.
