No test is always 100% accurate.
Going from 50% to 90% would mean the chance to detect ovarian cancer of an extra 200 women in the 500 sample size.
With million of women being impacted, this is a great advancement.
Hopefully we can achieve 100% one day, but at 90%, this is much better than what is currently available.
