The market seems to like the announcement so far.
Down rampers were complaining when options were only given to sophisticated investors this January, now they are complaining when options are given to shareholders.
So basically nothing is good.
With regards to possible income for LKE from these options, please consider that only investors in Oz and in NZ will receive the option, and the share register must contain plenty of people or instos in other countries.
Based on the 70% funding expected for Kachi from banks / ECAs, LKE will need to raise about $160 million USD, this has been known for a while.
