As a rough guide, in the first half of last year we we averaged $176 t for our pellets for a profit of around $65 t based on NPAT...
This half we have averaged $337 t or a $176 t more on average than last half, so add that to the $65 t from last half and we will have averaged around $226t in profit after tax this half IMO.

Currently we are probably getting nearer $280t in profit after tax so at the moment the average for the FY will be increasing on the first half..

These are very approximate figures but the general running costs of the mine won't change a lot year to year so the majority of any increase in pellet prices after Tax etc will go straight into the piggy bank , but a lot of that will eventually be spent on increasing production ( SD possibly) and refurbishment and upgrading of existing plant .

At the moment the sun is shining on GRR so its a good time to make hay..
