QVT has the biggest sum of money at stake and 3 options,
1.Pull the plug and wants the $24m back, today, for breach of conditions by AS.s and falcon and otter. And let TZ go into receivership
2.Work with MB and team, to come out with a viable business plans and recover some pocket money from previous board
3. Work with JC and AS.s' associates
The choice looks crystal clear to me.
