Good to see they might be learning to keep us (belatedly) informed officially rather than the unofficial route they seemed to have preferred previously.
I suspect the latter had the deniability factor but much prefer this official method. It makes the company more accountable which will probably help the SP.
Still a number of conditions of the spin off to satisfy... hopefully they can tick them off on time, which might improve sentiment on them producing to self-imposed deadlines that they couldn't do previously.
