I was trying to get Melua to specify the details of how they could get around those documents because he had indicated they had a way around getting a BEPPA holder vote by something that was in "the fine print".

I was hoping to get a conversation going amongst those who had already read these documents as to what rights BEPPA holders do or do not have regarding the ability to have BEPPA arbitrarily restructured.
