Well CS has always said they would build only when they are confident and have spoken to our large clients about their future needs. Hasnt worked out exactly to plan with a couple of underperforming dc’s, however I still think having that national footprint was/is important. Put S4 into context. Total build out of all our data centres, once finished only total around 340MWs if my memory serves me correct, and now we have a site potentially to nearly double total MWs. Next 5 to 10 years should be exiting. Gltah
