blokes: Certainly a lot of interest in FAR. But do not forget: There are also a lot of "nervous nellies" out there as well, that will sell down FAR as soon as they might (rightly or wrongly) perceive bad news coming.
Easiest is to have taken your position in FAR and not to worry any longer until the news comes out - good or bad. That is exactly what I am doing. Naturally, I am hoping for a good outcome, but only time will tell.
Whilst waiting: I am more interested in the further "way forward", i.e. what lies beyond my assumed positive news about Shell taking up the option. a) Will there be corporate action immediately thereafter? b) Will there be a bidding war (best scenario)? c) Will there be NO corporate action ?? d) When will Shell drill ?? e) What will FAR's sp be in the aforementioned four senarios (incidentally, did I miss further options???)
