You obviously only deal with 'theory'. Does that mean I am discussing this issue with an academic, because I prefer facts to theoretical nonsense. You also believe in throwing up 'red herrings' as your diatribe about the level of corporate tax has absolutely nothing to do with the subject at hand. You obviously have zilch knowledge about corporate taxation as it is well known that the beloved former Labour PM, Paul Keating, introduced the system of Dividend Franking (have you heard of it in your little cave?) which ENCOURAGES the full payment of corporate tax. Most shareholders do NOT like UNfranked dividends.
In any case this has nothing to do with the influx of 'Welfare Shoppers' as it is also well known (you probably don't know this in your little cave) that welfare consumes by a country mile the majority of expenditure in the Federal Budget without consideration of welfare expenditure by the states.
By your post you prefer a 'command economy' so beloved by that extinct dinosaur called the Soviet Union, which means you probably prefer payment by Centrelink to real work.
So please get back into that Centrelink queue or stay huddled (or is it muddled?)in your cave.
