There aren't many management teams that can execute in Mongolia, and XAN certainly isnt one of them. In fact the only foreign miner that has shown any execution ability in the last few years is Matthew Wood with Steppe Gold. In any case, XAN didnt have to build a mine, just get a reserve, and even on a great project that is too much for the current mob. Time for changes!
