Correct Rod, according to Weekend AFR, he had some kind of ABC rating system, with two Cs meaning you could get fired.
I believe that Skilling had a similar system at "Enron", but that particular one was much more brutal, in that he was essentially firing 10% of his staff every year.
I would NOT like to see that nor any of his other expensive mistakes (I'm tyred of them... ;) ) repeated at BHP.
Will be watching closely.
