In the old days the market would have jumped on the fact a bio-tech small cap could raise $85m. Today sh only see the raising sp, not the positives.
That makes it so easy for the smart retail money to pick up cheaper shares. Thanks to those who crap their pants for no reasons, how else can we make extra money if the uneducated ones wouldn't act irrationally.
