so today the CEO did an investor presentation. He said that DSE is currently cashflow positive. informed that because we receive cash receipts 1 month late due to billing that DSE now is positive. fantastic news.
the other thing that was is DSE will NOT be doing any capital raise for organic growth. he did mention that one may occur for any acquisition. he has been open about an acquisition for some time now and I suspect there is something in the pipeline. I'm no IT geek but I would be interested to see what they add on. perhaps something in relation to the SOC-2 completion that enables them to get bigger deals such as government etc. perhaps he will look at an acquisition that can get DSE into this area more rapidly and work from this point.
regardless the company and its workers are all shareholders and have SH interest at heart so I'm optimistic they are making good decisions based on share price
