The IGO MD, Chris Bonwick gave strong hints at Diggers concerning a diversification into some copper exposure.This was weakly alluded to in his corporate brief interview, (multi metallic group, not just nickel/gold exposure).
The timing appears right to be involved with some of the Mt Isa regional plays.
Which one? Maybe AVN, possibly URL/BSG or EXS, probable favourite MRX given the more advanced nature of its two projects.
Interesting to see if the rumour pans out in the near future.
