I don't know what the deal is with Big W but it seems to be a dumping ground for baby formula (right across the board, not just A2).
Take a look here and you'll see quite a lot of old stock on clearance. The discounting is also matched by Amazon, which seems to automatically match lowest pricing at physical retailers.

The A2 stock you showed is also old, but they are apparently not applying any discounting like the other brands (perhaps on instruction from the company).
