On the CEO front I personally believe that to place a time line of 6 to 9 months for the type of individual described by Peter van der Made to be found and announced they must already have identified a short list and have had discussions.
How else could you have any idea of how long it would take to find the young hungry passed over superstar and for them to disengage and come on board.
Superstars are not like buses or posters on HC where a new one stops by every twenty minutes.
