9. What rights will the Shares issued under the SPP have?
Shares issued as part of the SPP will rank equally in all respects with existing Shares quoted on
the ASX, with the same voting rights, dividend rights and other entitlements from the Issue Date.
Shares issued under the SPP will be entitled to Evolution's full year dividend for the year ended
30 June 2021.
