Hi Lockitt,
Thanks - my understanding is the same as yours for ANZ nom but what made me curious was that the top 20 shareholders as at 10 Mar 09 does not show ANZ Nom at all, yet other nominee companies like HSBC, Citicorp etc Nominees are certainly there.
I guess i am trying to get my head around what changes to the sharholder base have resulted from both the recent SPP and also the sell down of Baldwin and RSJ's holdings, now the dust has settled a little. There has been a lot big volumes though in recent months and i am curious as to where it has all ended. Just didn't expect ANZ Nom to be the one Intersuisse reported as the major holder.
Interesting also the top 20 holders now make up 27% Vs 30% earlier in the year (so no real change despite the big dilution).
I am always thirsty for knowledge, so if someone can add anything - I'd be greatful.
Tim
