hang on a second, so for every 5 customers they sign up, theres another 1 customer leaving. A churn rate this high must be terminal for any busines model.
need to increase the customer acquistion costs by 25% to amortise this nosebleed churn every month. No wonder theres a high cash burn rate.

Their churn rate for fixed wireless for the quarter was 0.82% so they're losing NBN re-sell customers, which they just make margin on and isn't their product. Given the large margins, fixed wireless is the main investment case for 5GG.
