I understand gaining ISO 9001 Quality Certification is one thing...
.... being able to maintain it is the real challenge.
Getting staff on board, in what at this stage is more or less a research organisation, is another major challenge.
This is not merely about jumping a few hurdles to obtain a piece of paper, but to some extent requires implementing cultural change.
