    I’m going with epa approval, only because the trading halt finishes on a Monday when they meet.

    Could have the epa told the axs that’s it’s done and that is why we had the pause in trading from them? Not wanting a leaky ship? Might explain why Vrx were so long before the trading holt Ann.
