Hello, Reading the announcement this is a completely new ovarian test using exosomes similar with Minomic's pancreatic cancer test - both tests are using Exo-Net to isolate the exosomes. The difference is that in UQ test case BARD1 has the exclusive option to licence the technology. As far as I understand we could have 3 possible ovarian cancers tests
1 - original BARD1 marker -used for screening 2 - SubB2M -used for monitoring 3 - Exosomes - used for screening - if they decide to license the technology- they might park for good BARD1 marker and use this technology
