2 additional observations:
- No apologies to shareholders during today's meeting, instead downplaying this incident.
- An assumption and prediction on tomorrow's Supreme Court date outcome. If I were the judge, I would have a problem with that supposition.
I know that we will be hammered here again, but then again ...
Regardless, I am crossing my fingers for a positive outcome and no negative impact on the share price. And for the director(s) responsible for this 'oversight': Corporate Governance
