Totally agree with regards to the sp being controlled.
Just one point gwr does not hold the other 40% in the fel venture we just getting royalty and a 4.25mill payment if fel go to stage 2 which is after the 300kt.
So max benefit we get for the 300kt is between 600k and 900k.
