    No Benson I don't know the history of payment apps and nfc. What I do know however is that I (and most people I know) use Applepay and not a Japanese or Korean app. i see no scenario where Telstra could have developed an app that would have rivalled Applepay. But as I said, hardware is a different story and there might have been some lost opportunity in that space.

    If I was Telstra CEO, I would be able to call on the expertise of people more experience and knowledge than me and I would listen to them.

    Not sure that I would be doing too much different than what Telstra are doing at the moment as I think, despite past history, they are now on the right path.

    Having said that, I'm also pretty sure that I wouldn't be looking at nuclear power or building gas fired power stations. I would leave those opportunities for those with knowledge and expertise in those areas.
