Thanks for your letter. What I am sure people would like to know is;

1/ Your relationship with Andrew Sigalla. You mentioned in an interview that you are not speaking with him yet you share the same lawyers. Is this just a coincidence? We are all also aware that these lawyers have a specific focus ie IP.

2/ I personally feel that your letter is extremely arrogant to assume that we are not currently aware of your relationship with Andrew Sigalla and that we are currently in this position because of his alleged financial stripping of the company etc. I don’t need to go any further into these allegations as they are common knowledge.

3/ It will be very interesting to hear of your discussions with QVT as I’m sure their due diligence will bear out your motivations and history.

4/It is interesting that you bring up discussions with Mark Bouris, in particular your assertions that he is toying with the idea of putting the company into administration. I suggest the only people who would benefit from such a move would be AS and his supporters, both past and present…. hence the IP specialist lawyers!
