This company has a history of cap raising, which is always dilutive. This indicates 2 things
1. They dont want to crush the share price and hope it recovers
2. They figure they can extract a premium from an interested party with a good sales pitch.
Agreed cap raise was mentioned as an option.
Have a look at how many new shares have been issued in the past few years & with what result......
