Hi Dear Parsifal, We had our 2nd Astra Zeneca this afternoon and while I was there I booked an appt with my GP to speak about my adrenal system and get a blood test on Tuesday.
Shall be interested to see the results, but no doubt whatever they are, she will try to prescribe some sort of chemical! I will look up breseden protocol, I have never heard of this.
So did you take the SSR'Is?
Could you please explain to me how you have the mechanisms to cope with bright lights and boom boom music. Any loud noises, a balloon popping, a stray low aircraft whooshing by, violence etc on tv turn me into an echidna,
The thyroid is also a complicated thing, I inherited this from my Father.
Blimey, no wonder generations blame the one before lol.
Please be assured that you are helping me tremendously, it is great to share experiences with someone who not only understands, but has been through so many issues and has now experienced joy in her life. I thank you.
Even today, I feel I made progress, thanks to you. My only exercise, which I normally cop out of, is walking briskly up and down our long hall. But I have done this every day since Sunday and today did 5 times as much while carrying 2 cans of baked beans and I feel more energised already.
