    Skylight, that's some interesting logic there..
    So yes, it is ok for WGO have different interpretations. No problems there. But then release their own ASX announcement (Not following joint venture principles and industry standards) with no information regarding how they came to these conclusions. I'm sure WGO didn't send a copy of their infamous GWC announcement to STX before release.
    The onus then on STX to prove otherwise as the implications are huge going forward for STX. Did you have an issue with what they released in the Macquarie presentation? The announcement yesterday was a further evidence to back up the STX claims.

    WGO didn't have to release anything yesterday, but still felt the need to oppose the operator (and majority WE holder now). They took 4 hours to make their release still with no new info to back their claims. I'm confident they had the data for some time prior to this release even if it was not before market open as they state.
