I am a bit confused with the Australian investing business. It seems you invest in a company and then rather than using your money to further the business aims it is used for all sorts of seemingly nefarious tasks.

Where else in the world does a company boardroom battle happen on a web board? Isn't it normally done by offering proposals via legitimate on market announcements, sending prospectuses to the shareholders etc.

I know let me put myself forward. I'll raise loads of dough, get loads of customers and only pay myself peanuts until you vote for me. Then I promise to have another boardroom battle and take a massive golden parachute. Oh and I know what else, I will sign the note so you all believe its me and not some other tally wacker.
