Chinese government overnight announced retraction of 13% export rebate not hit by 1st May changes. Products impacted predominantly flat rolled. Instant response of further price hikes in response. China's exit from export markets for steel is real, shortages for flat rolled steel on international markets growing...BSL have the market near to themselves domestically and cannot keep up. Another upward price impact for BSL......
