WIth all due respect, I think big pharma would be more interested in our IP than our bank balance. They aren't going to take us over because they want control of our bank account. If our IP is sound we're never going to run out of cash. We can always tap existing holders for more cash.
Also, this cap raise doesn't make us a mid cap. Our market cap has gone down, not up.
In the view of the market, our company is worth less now than it was last week.
