    re: Ann: Approach from Village Roadshow Corpo... well if you own the class A shares then, if the company is wound up then the class A share are entitled to 50 cents above the ordinal share price offer..

    So at the moment I can not work out why people are buying vrl over vrlpa?

    I hope the take over offer is 2 dollars that makes 2.5 and my entry price was 91 cents .... thats a big profit.. time will tell..
