You forget guys, there was a tremendous flight to USD last year for a variety of reasons (primarily to settle counterparty obligations denominated in USD being the global reserve currency). Yet gold still outperformed the mighty buck by 5% and smashed everything else to smithereens (other currencies and commodities). Soon gold will crush the USD too.
